A Bit About Us

We start liquidgold2u in 2022, aiming to provide whisky generally already sold out by retailers or simply the hottest products on the market.

We did our best trying to provide the lowest prices possible so everyone can access and have the bottle they love. However, our main stocks will be sourced through private collectors and auctions so the price will really depends on the market and rarity at the time the bottle get to our hands.

If you love award winning whisky, sold out releases, hard to find bottles then liquidgold2u might be a solution for you.

Shipping Policy

Our delivery is free and including when you buy a product from us. We using express delivery service and Australia Post office as our courier service. Our delivery service wont be including insurance so for your own good it will be best if you let us know if you want to insure your good for delivery.
Shipping time will take up to 2-4 business days if you are in Victoria, for the remaining states will be from 4-10 business days. This is the approximately  time frame given based on and also subjected to Australia Post courier. 

Do I need to sign while receiving standard delivery?

No, you don't need to sign but depending on whether you are a registered user or a guest user, you will have to show your ID to the driver.

For registered users:

  • For first-time delivery orders, registered users (over the age of 18) must be present at the delivery address to receive the orders and show their IDs to the drivers.

  • For all the other standard delivery orders and standard gift delivery orders, registered users don't have to show their IDs to the drivers and orders can be left unattended.

For guest users:

  • For all standard delivery orders and standard gift delivery orders, guest users (over the age of 18) must be present at the delivery address to receive the orders and show their IDs to the drivers.

What happens if I'm not there to receive my standard delivery order?

If you are not there to receive your standard delivery order, it will be taken back to the local depot and carded to arrange redelivery. Sometimes it may come via Australia Post and in which case, it will be taken to your local post office.

return & refund

If the product come as faulty or not as exact like information given we are happy to take back and do the full refund for you. The notice of issue has to be raised to us within 2 days by email since you received the products including pictures the faulty/ wrong products on your request. You need to ensure the product will be sending back to us with its original state when you received.
Once we receive the returned product, a full refund will be organised and send back to you including your shipping fee if the product is faulty/ wrongly send to you. 
Please Notice that we wont be responsible of the damage caused during the delivery process carried by courier service.
