Booker’s The Reserves 2026 Kentucky Rye Whisky brings a distinctive twist to the Booker’s collection: Kentucky straight rye whiskey finished in apple brandy barrels and infused with cinnamon.
Aged 6 years, 2 months and 23 days and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 62.55% ABV / 125.1 proof, this release draws inspiration from Booker Noe’s family “A.R.C. Wassail” recipe—Apples, Bourbon barrels and Cinnamon. Eighth Generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe carries that family tradition into The Reserves with a bold rye expression and a distinctive apple-and-spice character.
The accompanying distillery notes describe bright apple, sweet caramel and subtle seasoned oak on the nose, followed by charred oak, vanilla and caramel balanced with delicate cinnamon. The finish offers notes of cinnamon-baked apple.
