Bottled exclusively for their distillery shop, this Limited Release from Glenallachie was matured for 13 years in Oloroso sherry casks and was bottled at cask strength. 
 
Nose:    Bursting with sweet cherries, butterscotch and potpourri, with waves of heather honey. caramel and dried figs. 
 
Taste:    Lashings of caramel ice cream and honeycomb, followed by dried red berries, cinnamon and mocha on the finish. 
 
Finish:   Long and sweet.
