Tasting Notes:
Nose:  Astonishing, heady aroma. You’ll find syrup pudding, chocolate, cinnamon and dried fruits.
Palate:  A beautiful, viscous, syrupy texture in the mouth. Milk chocolate and honeycomb, along with cinnamon, ginger and dried fruits.
Finish:  Goes on forever. Mellow and nutty, with hints of hazelnut, honey and gentle oak.

This astonishingly sweet, rich whisky personally selected by Dr. Bill, is finished in casks which once held one of the world's rarest fortified wines, a style that almost became extinct.
Malaga wines, originating from the sun-kissed south of Spain in the area surrounding the ancient city of Malaga, exist in a few styles, but by far the most sough after is 'Malaga dulce', the sweet version.
This ancient wine is so rare that it is difficult to find bottled, and its use in the Scotch Whisky industry for finishing is almost unheard of.
