Glenmorangie Milsean Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 2016 Private Edition 7th Release.        
Milsean was released in 2016 and was the seventh of the 10 Private Edition limited releases released annually until 2019. These were a series of whiskies conceived by Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden to be more experimental and innovative in their production. ‘Milsean’ is Scots Gaelic for sweet things and this bottling took whisky from first fill bourbon casks and finished them in toasted sweet red wine casks. The packaging references candy canes as the purpose of this limited edition was to experiment and develop a whisky with a sweet candy profile.
