Heaven’s Door Ascension, an exquisite blend of two Kentucky straight bourbons. Distilled at the new Heaven’s Door Distillery at Six Mile Creek, this non-chill filtered bourbon is aged for over five years and thoughtfully blended in small batches. This is Heaven’s Door’s inaugural Kentucky Straight Bourbon, a remarkable blend that showcases the expertise of the distillery, with one of the bourbons sourced directly from their own production.
    Nose:    Fresh bread, buttered popcorn, and dried fruit.
    Taste:    Rich and complex flavour profile, balanced sweetness with notes of caramel and vanilla and spicy undertones, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, or black pepper.
    Finish:   Medium to long.
First released in 2018, Heaven's Door is a premium American Whiskey brand produced in partnership with legendary musician Bob Dylan and the Chicago-based venture capital firm Spirits Investment Partnership. The Heaven’s Door brand has new distillery in Pleasureville, Kentucky. Located on over 160 acres of rolling hills astride Six Mile Creek. In addition to its Pleasureville distillery, Heaven’s Door will open a brand experience in a former church in Downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Heaven's Door brand was named after Dylan's famous song, "Knockin' on Heaven's Door."
Each bottle of Heaven's Door features a copy of an iron gate work created and sold by Bob Dylan.
