High West The Prisoner's Share Blended Whiskey is an exceptional blend of aged straight rye and straight bourbon whiskeys that were carefully finished in ex-wine barrels previously used to store The Prisoner Red Blend wine.   Aged between 4 and 15 years. Winter  saw the release of this superb iteration, which boasts a rich and complex flavour profile. 
NOSE :Cherry Blossom, pomegranate, macerated prunes, dried violets, ginger beer, dark mead, toasted cedar chips
PALATE :Honey-roasted figs, apricot jam on grilled brioche, black pepper, coconut pound cake, French oak spice, caramel drizzled over blood orange slices
FINISH :The finish is long and satisfying, leaving behind flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of smoky char.
