This annual special release Single Barrel Barrel Proof Rye celebrates the early craftsmanship of the Jack Daniel’s Distillery, honouring a time when American whiskey was often high in rye content and offered at barrel strength. This is the 2023 release.
The ABV varies from batch to batch 62.5%-70%.
    Nose:    Mellow, creamy, eggnog, cinnamon.
    Taste:    Viscous and oily mouthfeel, eggnog comes through big time, Crème Brûlée, cinnamon, rye mintiness.
    Finish:   Medium finish, cinnamon and custard, minty tingle vibe on the tongue from the rye, fades to cream and burnt sugar.
