A distillery-exclusive release with a Coy Hill story. Jack Daniel’s High Angel’s Share is Selection No. 017 in the limited-edition Distillery Series, released in Summer 2026 and selected by whiskey taster Dale McGee.
Laid down in 2016, this Tennessee whiskey matured atop Coy Hill on the top floor of Barrelhouse 1-13. Its name references the increased evaporation during maturation — the “angel’s share” — which leaves behind a rich concentration of flavour.
Bottled at a commanding 69.2% ABV / 138.4 proof, this release brings together distinctive barrelhouse provenance, cream limited-edition labelling and the compact 375ml Distillery Series presentation.
The label describes brown sugar, banana, maple syrup and oak, leading into a rich, warming finish.
Originally offered only at the Jack Daniel’s Distillery, as shown on the photographed distillery release display, this is a distinctive addition for Jack Daniel’s collectors, Coy Hill enthusiasts and anyone building the numbered Distillery Series.
