Produced using Jack Daniel’s famous charcoal mellowing process, Old No. 7 is filtered drop-by-drop through sugar maple charcoal before maturing in new American oak barrels. This extra step creates the smooth, approachable character that has become synonymous with Tennessee Whiskey.
