Jack Daniels Legacy Tri Pack Prototype Wooden Box Set 3x700ml Extremely Rare

This is the prototype/pre-production version of the PUB ART Jack Daniel’s Legacy Editions presentation case. Unlike the subsequently released production version, which features a black information panel and black rear panel, this early example features the Legacy artwork printed directly onto natural timber, giving us a clear and immediately identifiable design difference between prototype and final production.

An exceptionally rare Jack Daniel’s collector presentation featuring the complete Legacy Edition 1, Legacy Edition 2 and Legacy Edition 3 series housed together in a magnificent handcrafted timber display case.
What separates this example from the standard individual Legacy releases is the presentation itself.
This Legacy Tri-Pack timber presentation was produced as a prototype/sample concept and was not released for general retail sale, making surviving examples particularly unusual within Jack Daniel’s collecting circles.
Handcrafted by PUB ART in 2022, the substantial timber case has been designed specifically around the three Legacy Editions and features extensive Jack Daniel’s Distillery branding throughout.
The front is marked “Jack Daniel’s Distillery” and “Legacy Editions”, with Lynchburg, Tennessee and “Bottled at the Distillery” detailing incorporated into the sides.
Opening the case reveals a beautifully illustrated timber information panel dedicated to the history behind each of the three Legacy labels.
The set contains:
Legacy Edition 1 – 700ml – 43% ABV
Inspired by an early 1900s Jack Daniel’s label and distinguished by its striking green design.
Legacy Edition 2 – 700ml – 43% ABV
Recreates another early version of Jack Daniel’s famous label, featuring the historic rope-and-anchor design.
Legacy Edition 3 – 700ml – 43% ABV
The third and final release in the Legacy series, featuring the distinctive blue and silver pre-Prohibition-inspired artwork.
Together they document the evolution of Jack Daniel’s label design long before the famous black-and-white Old No. 7 presentation became synonymous with the brand.
The inside presentation panel carries the inscription:
“Handcrafted by PUB ART 2022”
Unlike simply assembling the three commercially released Legacy bottles, this is a purpose-built prototype Legacy Tri-Pack presentation, combining the complete series with a highly unusual piece of Jack Daniel’s display memorabilia.
For the serious Jack Daniel’s collector, the appeal is not merely owning all three Legacy Editions — it is owning them in a prototype presentation that never proceeded to general public release.
